I'm really loving these RockStar Toes in Neon Rose with a custom glitter fade. For those who are new to the world of Rockstar Toes, I use a soakable gel called MANI-Q from Young Nails, and this stuff is the bomb! Um, hmm, I better check with the kids to see if it's still okay to say that...Anyway, as described on their website, mani-Q is: A CLEARLY BEAUTIFUL, SUBLIMELY RESILIENT, ENTIRELY NEW NATURAL NAIL CARE GEL. WITH PROPER APPLICATION (IT) WON'T CHIP, CRACK, OR BREAK - NO MATTER WHAT - FOR FOUR LONG WEEKS. Add in some fun color and glitter (fully embedded into the gel), and you have Rockstar Toes!

ReplyDeleteRockStar Toes are $45 - price includes 2 colors! With a dry pedicure -$60.

ReplyDeleteI typically use either the Mani-Q or the Finish for the topcoat. The Finish is a bit shinier, and it holds up well on the RockStar Toes!

ReplyDeleteIf the gel used is a soft/soakable gel, then it can be soaked off with acetone, much like acrylics. If a traditional hard gel is used, the product must be filed/buffed off, or you can cover it with nail polish as it grows out and just let it grow off.
ReplyDeleteI generally don't apply RockStar Toes on children under 13, except as a modified service using a much lighter prep process.
